Stabilization Process
There are two ways to stabilize the components in organic waste: composting and Composting-free. While composting requires a long time and a big space for natural decomposition by microbial, the Composting-free Technology can speed up the entire process by applying enzymes. By using the enzyme produced by microorganisms, the organic waste can be converted into organic fertilizer in just 24 hours while saving costly labor, reducing wastewater, and odor generation.
Soil Organic Matter
The organic fertilizer generated by Rapid Treatment Technology contains 85% organic matter, and the NPK values are 1%, 0.7% and 0.5%. It can be used as a soil conditioner to increase the organic matter in soil. The soil is considered unhealthy if the organic content is less than 2%, since the function of organic matter is to maintain the condition of the soil.
List the Steps for Rapid Composting
- Input System: A U-type spiral transporter is used to feed raw materials to the shattering device.
- Shattering System: A Hard organic substance can be directly shattered by a highly efficient shattering system. The size of solid particles after the process is only 5~10mm.
- Transporting System: The shattered organic waste residue after disintegration is transported to the decomposing system by suction blast.
- Decomposing System: The composting-free formula helps to reduce the treating time. The whole reaction time is about 24 hours at 75℃. The high temperature of the process can kill most of the disease-causing germs. The process also achieves the final goal, such as power-saving, high-speed, environmental protection, and fast treatment.
- Dehydrating System: Dehydrating the organic product by using special compressing technology can reduce the water content of the final product. The final product is not fully dried but can be used directly. You can also apply further sunlight for dry storage.
