TMK composter is an automatic organic waste converter that treats food and other organic waste in just 24 hours by accelerating its decomposition process. Easy to operate and hassle-free to maintain, TMK automatic organic waste converter is available in daily processing capacities ranging from 30 kg (for large-sized bungalows) to 5000 kg for municipalities and institutions.
TMK automatic organic waste converter machines convert food waste into Soil Enricher in 24 hours. The output is reduced to just 10-15 % of the volume of the input waste. This can be used in apartments, societies, lawns, public gardens,s and kitchen gardens. TMK composter is suitable for use in apartments, bungalows, housing societies, hotels & restaurants, industrial premises, hotels, mid and big hospital canteens, commercial buildings, malls, and public markets.
TMK Composter is a fully automatic organic waste converter machine. To operate the machine, there are three basic steps:
1. Open the lid from where the waste would be placed in
2. Place in the waste. Make sure the waste is segregated and only organic waste is being put inside the machine
3. Close the lid and the machine will start its operation of converting the waste into TMK Composter
The process reduces the volume of waste by 85-90% by evaporating water and discharging warm air. The remaining 10-15% is turned into Soil Enricher. This whole process takes from 12 to 24 hours for food waste to be converted into Soil Enricher depending upon the humidity content of the waste.
The Soil Enricher can be used directly in gardens or plants. Since it is concentrated it needs to be mixed with soil in the proportion of 10:1 (soil: compost) and then added to the plants.
